Carly has a Bachelor of Athletic & Exercise Therapy from Camosun College. She is a board certified Athletic Therapist through the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association, and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Carly provides a hands off treatment experience which focuses on movement, education, breaking barriers, and developing the clients’ confidence in their abilities. She believes clients should be in control of their recovery and involved in every step of the process with implementing their own goals, making it a collaborative and effective approach.
When not in the clinic, Carly can be found supporting various teams in the community, and working as an assistant coach with online clients. In her spare time she enjoys staying active through a number of recreational sports.

She has found a special interest in pet therapy as her sidekick Zu brightens up each persons day. She has a strong athletic background as an equestrian and rugby player which has allowed her to understand injury and all elements of recovery.

Kirstin graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology specializing in exercise science from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2019. She has worked in various fields within kinesiology ranging from aquatic rehab to concussion/ post MVA clients. At the end of the day assisting others in their recovery and returning to their hobbies and passions is what fuels her! She knows the importance of doing the activities that bring joy into our lives and the disruption to the system when those activities are temporarily paused. Erin graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor in Science in 2003 and then the University of Alberta with a Masters in Science in Occupational Therapy in 2006. She relocated to Vancouver following school and spent the better part of 6 years working at GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre, primarily in spinal cord injury but also worked in the wound clinic, spasticity clinic and in the adolescent and young adult program. In addition to working in the public sector, Erin has worked privately with lawyers and insurance companies, managing rehabilitation files and completing cost of future care reports since 2006. In 2011 she completed the Canadian Certified Life Care Planner Course and was certified through ICHCC. She has been accepted as an expert witness as an OT in the Supreme Court of BC. In 2012 she moved to Kamloops with her new family. She maintains a diversified practice in the North Thompson Okanagan.
